Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be sent out within 1-2 days of ordering.

After shipping we will inform you regarding the tracking details.

Delivery takes 1-3 business days for Turkey; 3-9 business days for Europe, 4-10 business days for Ocenia orders.

In case of any delay, we will let you know. Our cargo shipments are made from Mohair&Angora HQ in Ankara, Turkey.

 

How much?

Worldwide Delivery:Shipping Cost for orders  above 2000 TRY (app. 200 USD or 180EUR) is complimentary.

Shipping Cost for orders below 2000 TRY (app. 200 USD or 180EUR) is 100 TRY (app.10USD or 8 EUR)

 

Domestic Delivery:  Shipping Cost is  complimentary for all orders in Turkey.

 

Insurance

We send all our orders with insurance. If it is lost during transport, your right will be protected. Remember there will be a delay in such a situation!

Lost mail

Please be aware that if you claim none delivery, we can not automatically refund or replace the items unfortunately. Once our courier has accepted the claim and reimbursed the costs we have lost we will then discuss the replacement of your order. We do not refund any orders or amendments to order.

Incorrect address

We will send out your parcel to the delivery address provided with your order. You will receive a confirmation email with all your details in. We will not be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. In these circumstances no refund will be given on missing parcels until the items are returned to us. 

 

Important details about Shipping & handling

Please note any charges relating to tax and customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

Orders going  may be X-Rayed at customs of your country.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.We’re sorry but we can’t change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.

If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
